pay-as-you-go options.
The audit determines:

- Recommended minimum exposure per week
INDIVIDUAL SESSION CURATION
Individual sessions are not generic technical
workouts. They are designed directly from the
findings of the Diagnostic Audit.
Each session is built around:
• The player’s primary limiting factor
• Their current development block
classification
• Their recommended weekly exposure level
• Their 8-week development priorities
Every drill, repetition, and movement is
intentionally selected to address a defined
development priority.
SMALL GrOUP SESSIONS
Each session progresses through a clear
development sequence.
Small groups ensure:
• Immediate feedback
• High repetition without players hiding
• Focused, development-dense training
environments
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Individual sessions provide targeted
refinement.
These sessions allow for:
• Deeper isolation of specific limiting
factors
• Increased correction frequency
• Accelerated progression
• Higher technical and cognitive intensity
The structure mirrors group training — stabilize
mechanics, apply constraints, integrate under
pressure — but with greater individual attention
and precision.
Individual work does not replace group
exposure.
It reinforces and accelerates it.
Pay-As-You-Go
Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) offers limited access to sessions where capacity allows.
All PAYG players must complete the Diagnostic Audit before attending. This ensures sessions remain structured, aligned, and development-focused Audit Structure.
PAYG is:
- Scheduled only if space exists within the weekly structure
- Capped to protect bundle consistency
- Subject to availability
It is not a flexible drop-in model.
Best suited for:
- Players seeking short-term refinement
- Athletes visiting temporarily
- Families not ready for commitment-based bundles
Development depends on repetition and consistency. PAYG can provide quality exposure, but long-term progression requires structured weekly commitment.
